Wendy has been around the business 56 years and has been involved for 38. She is the daughter of Dale and Nancy Pamperin; the two who started Pamp's Outboard. She is in business with her brother, Todd. She knows everything there is to know about Ranger Boats, Mercury and Evinrude. She is also knowledgeable on the full line of Polaris ATV's and UTV's, Ariens and Toro.

Brett has worked at Pamp's since 2013. Starting out as a part time job while in high school and now full time. He is our go to man for all things electronic. He is very knowledgeable in all Ranger Boat products as well as Polaris.

Jen grew up at Pamp's but started working here full time in 2018. She does everything from boat and ORV sales to parts and warranty work. When she isn't at work she has a small business she runs from home and enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters.

Colby has always loved the outdoors and fishing. He is our newest sales and rigging guy. If you don't see him here he is most likely out in the woods or on the water.

Patrick is our parts and warranty guy. You will most likely talk to him when you call in for any parts or need to discuss how to get a warranty issue fixed and covered for your machines.

Captain Jimmy Doering Owner and Operator at Cast N Cast Charters LLC. Jimmy’s time on the water is spent chasing Door County Smallies from Sturgeon Bay up to Washington Island. Jimmy has 11 years of experience as a professional fishing guide. When Jimmy’s off the water he enjoys spending time with his wife and young Daughter. Jeff is a part-time touring tournament angler on the Cabelas National Walleye Tour.

My name is Paul Delaney I am 46 years old and live in Door County WI. I am the owner and operator of Late-Eyes Sport Fishing Guide Service LLC Which is currently in its 9th year of operation. I have always had an extreme passion for fishing ever since I could hold a fishing pole and to this day fishing is a large part of my daily life and always will be. In my fishing career I have participated in many different fishing tournaments, I have also contributed to numerous fishing magazine articles including In-Fisherman, Mid West Outdoors,and Badger Sportsman. I have been part of the Pro-Staff team of In-Depth Outdoors for 8 years now and have participated in many different television filming's with them. I am also on Pro-Staff with Rapala, Pamp's Outboard, Otter Outdoors, Ice-Force, Okuma Fishing USA, Tuned Up Custom Rods, Strike Master,and Marcum Electronics. I have also traveled to many different sport shows across the mid west advertising for my business and all of my sponsors and there products of which help me operate Late-Eyes Sport Fishing LLC. Before starting my fishing career I spent 16 years working in the turf grass industry Particularly golf course turf grass and carry a degree in turf grass management obtained through the University of Madison.

I have owned my own Restaurant and Bar for thirty years and have been fishing tournaments since 1995. I have been running Ranger Boats for most of that time and have seen the highs and lows of this sport. I am proud to say I am a member of Wendy’s pro staff and thank her very much for allowing me to be there.

I am a plant manufacturing Engineer at Vollrath Company LLC and a tournament fisherman. I currently run a Ranger 620FS with an Evinrude G2. Craig Huss, Wausau, WI, is a passionate outdoors enthusiast, fishing guide, USCG certified Captain, semi-professional walleye fisherman and WI DNR certified Fishing Instructor/Educator. Craig is the owner of BagoRiverBay Guide Service, which focuses on walleyes, but also guides for Muskie, Salmon and Bass. Craig is a two-time Cabela’s Fishing All-American (2014, 2016), placing 12th & 21st out of 300 teams in the Cabela’s National Team Championship.
